3Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
ckzz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All funds must originate from payment instruments registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ckzz does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
- Deposits are credited to your ckzz balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
- ckzz reserves the right to reverse deposits where fraudulent activity is suspected or where the funding source cannot be verified.
- Bonus funds credited as a result of a deposit promotion must meet the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash balance.
- ckzz may impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or security purposes. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits via account settings.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals at ckzz are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. - Only funds that have not been used to satisfy a wagering requirement may be withdrawn. Bonus balances are not directly withdrawable until wagering conditions are met in full.

- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated through your payment provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Any bonus or winnings associated with a disputed transaction will be voided.
4Bonuses and Promotions

5Prohibited Conduct

- Operating or accessing more than one registered account on the Platform.

- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after using deposited funds to place bets.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, ckzz reserves the right to immediately suspend the account under review, void all associated bets and winnings, permanently close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation. ckzz will cooperate with law enforcement and financial authorities where required by applicable law.

10Amendments to These Terms
ckzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
11Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
